Are your products safe?

All our feeding products are made with 100% food grade FDA approved silicone. They are free from BPA, PVC and phthalates. Our footrest is made of 100% natural bamboo.

How long do the products last?

Silicone is highly durable and long lasting. It cannot be easily damaged (unless with scissors or sharp knife) and should last you through multiple little toddlers with proper care.

Can I put them in them in the microwave or oven?

Yes, the bowls, plates and food storage tray can be used in both the microwave and oven. In fact, you can even use the food storage tray for baking up to 230C or making ice popsicles in the freezer.

Can they be used in the dishwasher?

Yes, all our silicone products are completely dishwasher safe.

Are your foot rests height adjustable?

Yes, they come with 4 rubber rings that you can slide up and down as your baby grows.

Which high chairs are the footrest compatible with?

Our footrest is designed to work with the IKEA Antilop, Kmart Prandium, Big W Uno, Target Snacka and Aldi Mamia high chairs.

How much weight does the footrest support?

Our footrest is designed to provide support for your baby’s legs whilst they are sitting. It is not intended to be stood on.

Will the suction work on any surface?

Our products have been tested on most flat surfaces to ensure a strong suction. For best results, please ensure the surface is clean and dry.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer a flat $10 rate for all orders within Australia. This charge is waived if your order is more than $50.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Items generally arrive within 1-5 business days of purchase.

What is your return policy?

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Item must be unused and in original packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund free of charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at the moment we ship only within Australia.
